DESCRIPTION
The equipment is used for vacuum quenching of high-speed tool steel, measuring tool steel, die steel and other alloy steel materials. It has convection heating function, which can realize stage quenching, austempering and other processes, and can also be used for tempering, annealing, carburizing and nitriding. And other heat treatment processes. The maximum cooling gas pressure is 6 bar or 10 bar.
It can realize rapid and uniform heating in the low temperature section and reasonable heating chamber structure, which makes the heating more uniform, less heat loss and more energy saving.
Equipped with high-efficiency copper heat exchanger and high-speed high-pressure fan to achieve rapid cooling of the workpiece.
